Aaron Tremaine Fennell is a Partner at Joshua E. Palmer, LLC. Aaron was born in Vacaville, California. After graduating from Clover Park High School in Lakewood, Washington, he attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. He later transferred to Winston-Salem State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Aaron then matriculated at North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina.

Before joining the firm, Attorney Fennell held several key positions. He began his legal career as corporate counsel for International Business Machines (IBM). After a year in that role, he chose to continue his military service by joining the United States Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.

Attorney Fennell served with distinction in the Army JAG Corps for eight years, holding several leadership roles. He led the East Coast Region of the Army’s Special Victims’ Counsel Office, where he supervised more than 20 attorneys across multiple military installations. He also served as the Brigade Judge Advocate for the 18th Military Police Brigade, contributing to efforts supporting Ukraine during its conflict with Russia.

He further honed his courtroom skills by appearing in over 35 federal trials, along with numerous other judicial proceedings, during his military service. Since transitioning into personal injury law, Attorney Fennell has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
